Steve, thank you for the Mini One. It was so nice to speak to someone that new about Mini’s and not to be put under any pressure to purchase on the spot. The transactions went through very smoothly with a very professional approach reagarding the deal. It was exactly as you had described in your display ad and the Mini drove really nicely on my 115 mile drive home.
Anne has had a smile on her face ever since I handed the keys to her. You have made someone very happy. I hope she doesn’t wear out the panoramic sun roof. That was a lovely addition on the car.

The first mini we saw you had promised to another customer , so despite Tom wanting it desperately you still honoured your agreement with your other client . It was a true pleasure dealing with you and despite Tom changing his mind several times with the colour , you were very patient and found him the perfect car.
